      Your right too though. Eating plays a big factor in it as well. If you don't get enough protein, no matter how much you do, your muscles won't be able to rebuild larger but that also means your hard work was for nothing.

        Use a weight you can only do for 3-5 reps. 5 sets with not a lot of time in between sets.

            alot. about 2g per kg of bodyweight i think. but try to get it all from natural, high quality meat. the only time supps are decent is just after workouts when whey protein is useful because it can be utilised realy quickly.

              why after workouts , i'm supposed to take the protein before and after working out?
