Tips for my new training Schedule.

Iv just recently taken up boxing so would appreciate any training tips from the more seasoned campaigners on here.

I have been putting in pretty decent work recently but want to step it up in the new year.

Basically my cardio is pretty good as I run 3 evenings a week doing 5-6 miles and I train two nights a week at my local gym.

The gym is only open 3 nights a week and because of work i cannot make it one of the nights.

Basically at the moment my training schedule looks like this. As i said earlier any advice would be most appreciated.

Monday: Running 6miles, heavy bag 30mins

Tuesday: 2hour training in the boxing gym

    Wednesday : Day off

Thursday: 2hours in the boxing gym

Friday: 6 mile run, 30mins heavybag.

Saturday:go the regular gym and do some benching, bicept curls, tricept dips, sit ups, running, rowing machine, hit the ppol after to relax.Spend 2hours approx in total.

You need to spend more time int he gym. Beginners need to spend more time in teh gym as they need to learn proper technique.
