    light training routine

    hi guys can anyone recomend me some exercises to do today that wont work my shoulders to much as im trying to let them heal from some tabalta inetvals on the bag 2 days ago. i was planning on do some shadow in front of the mirror but i can't think of anything else.

    i want my shoulders fresh so i can train harder tommorow at boxing club and spar better cheerz

    in the old days we used to go for a long walk before every fishing tournament.

      why would you go for a walk then youd just be knackerd for the tournament?

        you asked for a light training routine and i gave you one.

        You wouldn't survive 5 seconds of our hard training routines.

          squats, lunges, core exercises, calf raises, running, jumping....

            yea m8 cheers for that in the end i just did some shadow skipping and ab work........ i allways feel bad when im not training hard even though i know you gotta get rest i feel like if i do something hard and then wait a couple of days before doing anything else im gonna lose the benefits anyone else get like this?
