I'm 55kg now 15 nearly 16 years old and 5.ft 8 how heavy do u think i will be when i'm fully grown. By the way my mum is only about 57kg - 60kg.

i train everyday and run every morning.. but the thing is i havn't finished growing yet. I dont want to get up to 80kg and remain 5 ft 8

look, this is a ****** thread. the power is all in your hands. if you eat well and train you will only put on weight if you grow, if not youll stay low. if we say that you do remain same height, thats a good light welter height. so look at the weight for that

Bull do you go to the club everyday? or do you mean you train at home most days and go to the club 2/3 times a week
