    Better for my body?

    Im 6'1" 1/2 77in. reach my boxing weight was 173lbs(amateur) my record is 33-1 31 kos I tore my rotator cuff twice and needed surgery on it about 1 1/2 years ago Ive gained quite a bit of weight in that time. Im up to 224lbs 17% body fat would it be better for me to try and get back to 175 or would losing that much weight drain me and should I fight at cruiserweight? Ive just seen the effects of losing too much weight on fighters like Roy Jones and Tarver. Any suggestions will be appreciated thank you
