Espinoza is about 6'1", not 6'3" as the article says.
In any case, I don't know if Espinoza can even make 126 again. He complained about how hard it was to make weight before his last several fights.
Lopez would certainly be a big step up in competition for Espinoza, but I don't know how much Lopez has left in the tank; those 5 title fights culminating in the Leo knockout were on the whole pretty taxing fights.

From what I read, the move up was statement from
Carl Moretti, vice president of Top Rank from Last November, but it turned out to be speculative and not a direct statement from Espinoza himself. Who Espinoza then turned down the allegation post fight in the rematch with Robeisy and at the end of May in a interview, weeks after his fight with Vazquez. So far, he hasn't quite struggled to make weight.
He is scheduled to fight in September, Lopez would be a pretty good option if he has recovered well. Might not be seen as big of win as when Leo did it, but considering his recent fight in March and the time he took off he should had recovered enough, if you consider that he is that quite more difficult than Ramirez, then I think Top Rank should make it happen. I prefer if he had unification with Angelo Leo, as both fight in Top Rank.
