Lomachenko In The Firmament Of All Time

I'd say if Chenko can beat the giant Lopez, then he is among the greats already, despite a paucity of pro fights. He could already be the greatest stylist in the sport's history. He is certainly one of the top stylists ever. Jersey Joe and Canizales would be his competition for style.

Good luck to this red with the right attitude against the loud mouthed mexican giant.

    Lopez isn't Mexican.

Given that you don't respect the accomplishments of recent boxing stars then Lomachenko's pro resume has to fall way short in the firmament of all time, surely?

What kind of bean rassler is he? I thought he was mexican. If the Chenk can beat him, that will go a long ways toward rectifying any perceived shortcoming in his ledger, eh, since the opponent is a giant bursting to go to the next division?

Win or lose to Teo Loma has been among the best of his day & that's all he can be. Everything else is weirdo speculation on things you can never truly measure.

Dangerous and outsized as that mexican is, if Chenko does not beat him he will become an historical flash in the pan.

It'll diminish him from here out no doubt, but top P4P discussed guys with 6 year reigns over 3 divisions are never just flash in the pan fighters.

Maybe among casuals, but a lot of casuals don't know who tf Loma is now.

The man has been #1 in 3 divisions.

Try listing all the guys who've been #1 in 3 or more divisions. I'd bet most of the guys you list would be considered among the best of their day much more so than not.

Loma already HOF worthy as the best Olympic boxer ever.
