Fighter’s Heaven, Muhammad Ali’s refurbished training camp facility in Deer Lake, Pennsylvania, is hosting a tribute to Philadelphia boxing next month.
It is part of the camp’s pledge to honor boxing history, and will take place June 28.
Guests slated to be in attendance include former world titleholders Ivan Robinson, Tim Witherspoon, Nate Miller and Steve Cunningham.
Other participants include promoter Russell Peltz, Philadelphia boxing writer Bernard Fernandez, former commissioner George Brochette and Philadelphia boxing historians John DiSanto and Matthew Ward.

Mike Madden restored and renovated Fighter’s Heaven to make it a tourist attraction and pay homage to “The Greatest,” who made it his home as he prepared for many of his major fights in the 1970s.
