            there are subcultures within our cultures. for example, PRs who been raised in NY and those who been raised in the island. Mexicans raised in Mexico and those raised in the states, same with Cubans, Dominicans, you name it.

                  so are chinese-puertorican decendants, same goes for german and italian.

                  the simple thing here is the puertoricans ARE the decendants of a mixture between europian(mainly, heavily spanish)-africans(there are still sections with an abundant black community and Native indians. so yes almost every puertorican(even those who are white) have african roots.

                      IMO I don't.

                      It depends if there father is something othe than latino than no. But if its their mom that is of difference race they get the latino dad' blood so i would say yeah
