You want cheese burgers and fries? make it at home maybe use a air fryer for the fries. You want a pizza? make it at home. The body doesn't need all these artificial stabilizers and fillers and preservatives etc, just eat an 'as natural as possible' nutrient dense meals and make those type of meals the majority of your meals. I try to urge my clients who are all new to it and just fiquiringout if they want to workout/eat right etc to just eat right this way for 35 days straight (I also have a 35 workout plan I give em) to just follow it for 35 days straight and decide after that what you want to do, and vast majority of them lose weight and feel better and become long term cilents, I had clients who fixed their digestive issues just forcing themselves to eat 3 times a day with better choices. The less ingredients it comes prepackaged with the better, you shouldn't be buying something that has 40 ingredients... just think when is the last time you made something in the kitchen that required 40 different ingredients? Now imagine eating this prepacked item 3-6 times a day which means you ingested over 100-300+ different ingredients for that day that your body does not need or even utlizes, all that happens is its going pass through you system either through the digestive tract and/or urinary tract doing whatever "miniscule" damage (that absolutely will add up over decades) or even worse gets into your system and influence/alter/impacts your Intracellular mechanisms when these "ingredients" shouldn't even be in your body to begin with.
For instance for me today is Eggs with alot of veggies and some salsa and beans for breakfest, lunch is some carne asada with potatoe salad, and dinner going to be 2 chicken sandwhich with cheese/avocados and something on the side like bell peppers or something like that and thats my day all whole foods made at home (minus the bread but again you dont have to be super strict just make sure majority of your food is legit homemade form scratch)
Health is key, theirs a lady Dr. Gabrielle Lyon and I cant vouch for this women enough, preaches the importance of muscles and diet and the philosophy about its not how long you live (obviously we all want to live a long life) but about the quality of life you live in your senior years. You don't want to be struggling with incontinence and be too weak to do for self etc and the only way to prevent that is actually right now today while we are still young. Eat right build muscle is the key.
me personally i try and eat well but they say too much red meat is bad but i love beef so much. i cant stop eating beef. still we are none of us perfect.
Very wise you are my friend your clients must be doing well indeed.Last edited by max baer; 01-15-2023, 02:17 PM.
