    combo routines for gloves and pads

    A friend of mine has the pads you see the trainers wearing. We are looking for specific routines or combos using them. Right now he just calls out numbers and I hit them, or we memorize specific punch and dip/duck combos. I'd like to get to the point where I can slip a punch from him without knwoing where it is going to come from.

    Anyone have any suggestions or links?

    Just stick with your punch number thing. When i started some old timmer at my gym got me to the point where i could do the pad work, then one day he just said im going to start swinging at you now and you should get out of the way, so we did the pads and he would take a swing at me. Not KO punches or anything but pretty stiff, soon i caught on and was able to slip and duck. So just have your friend throw somthin out there at ya.

        whats a 5?

          to my people a 5 is a left uppercut to the chin. some use 5 as a left hook tot he body but we jus say 3body.

              That whole #'s thing has always confused me. I just like it when trainers name the punch
