    i was in the same boat when i got dropped for the first time.
    Just keep going and learn from getting dropped, it may even make you a better fighter.

      Mike Tyson was dropped by one of his sparring partners, and he had head gear on. It happens to all of us.

          Im sure it happens to the pros from time to time. Dont worry so much about it bro. What ever doesn't kill can only make you stronger.

            Focus on the fact that you got back up. It's nothing to get depressed other the point of practising is to identify your weak areas and improve.

                  Boxing is a tough sport and you have to be a tough son-of-a-***** to do it. Over the years I've seen boxers come in all sizes, shapes, colors and creeds. Some were smart and some were ******, but they all had that inner strength that makes a man a true fighter. If you ain't got it, it is time to go home and watch real boxers on TV.

                    I remember first time i got dropped by a body shot, i was lying on the canvas for what seemed like a long time. my coach told me that no matter how much it hurts, you never lay there on the canvas, get right back up, kneel if you have to.
