There was never a case to begin with and Ariza was a fool for even bringing this case to court. All Roach said was "Ariza gives manny shakes and doesn't tell him what's in them" and how he doesn't want to be blamed if anything were to come up. That's not slander nor accusatory.

Could Ariza kicking roach and then saying he'd do it again have anything with this outcome?

so clean that he avoided drug testing until he had no choice to fight mayweather...under those conditions......cant forget his reported tax and financial issues

Roach said Ariza was shady and he never knew what Manny drunk for his pre work out drink.....hmmmm

I personally doubt he was clean.....sorry man...Manny is a great fighter but nobody on this site is turning down a 40 million dollar drug test especially when you're clean

Too bad Ariza wasn't able to move on when everyone else already did. That's probably because he knew conditioning coaches are a dime a dozen. He was just lucky to be at the right time and the right place in Pac's prime years. Of course, he got royal credit for it. You'd think Ariza would have produced another Pacman by this time.

So, Freddie Roach (Pacquiao's CURRENT trainer) won his lawsuit......

..... proving that Roach is innocent, for this reason.....

..... because he was not required to table proof regarding the allegations against Pacquiao/Ariza......

..... the comment that Roach made, that Ariza gave Manny PED's, was only his opinion.

              WTF ?

Wow, that's great..... Im sure Manny will be chuffed

              WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF ?

I saw him at Gold's Gym in LA a few days ago. First private lesson is free from what I hear.

I can see you know a lot about the legal system. There was a case...Ariza filed a lawsuit so right there the case begins. Because it was dismissed by the judge in court does NOT mean there was no case. They'd both had consulted lawyers prior to going to court about the particulars. You don't think he had any legal expenses? Both lawyers would have demanded a retainer fee as soon as they were consulted. Now Roach's lawyer will sue Ariza to recover expenses on Roach's behalf including yet additional costs to recover his fees for doing so...and he will have to pay.

hahaha Ariza is a scumbag and has burned bridges everywhere he's gone. Every fighter he worked with or head trainer he was affiliated with has all fired him. There is just something about him that rubs people the wrong way which is why he has such a short shelf life.
