She can try to punch harder , there's technique involved. Jumping backwards while throwing punches won't do it.

She can work on delivering harder punches, true. There are techniques and ways to make the most of what one naturally has. And maybe she's just gun-shy and doesn't like to mix it up. No doubt she (and her team) know these things. I hope they are working on them.
