    That percentage is deceiving.
Inoue always faces one hardhead a division.
He just hasn't met his quota for that hardhead at 122 yet.

Fulton should control and outbox the little midget based on pure skills. Ball thinks he's a little bad a## just because he got a gift against Ford. Time for a ride awakening. We saw what Espinoza did to the Cuban midget.

That isn't deceiving at all. If anything it doesn't tell the full context. He KO'D Tapales through his gaurd like a heavyweight. He KO'D Nery with no torque like WTF. I believe that he'll be even more devastating at 126 and he's power will increase. Leigh Wood who fights at 130 sparred inoue when he was moving up to 118 said Inoue's power will carry at 126, 130, maybe even higher.

Unifying is definitely the way to go. Inoue will go for the best guy in the division first. If Ball wants that fight, he needs to be unified champ. I don't think he can beat Fulton unless the Fulton that shows is the one who fought Carlos Castro. Espinoza would be a decent scrap. I don't think he's got the skill or volume to keep Ball on the outside, so Ball could probably keep that close. He's the guy I'd be targeting first, before he moves out of the division. And no love for Angelo Leo? He'll be defending in Japan May 24. If he gets past veteran Kameda in style, he may have some clout.
