IBF 122. Beat Ryosuke Iwasa for it, defended it successfully once, and then lost it in a unification attempt with Danny Roman. Roman then lost those belts to Murodjon Akhmadaliev, who lost them to Marlon Tapales, who lost them to current champion Naoya Inoue.

'because I’m probably the silkiest box he’s been in against'

As I understand it, there are Tibetan monks who go to sleep wrapped only in Yak skins. I guess they might describe anything, by comparison, as 'silky'. Leaving the monks aside, I can't believe anyone would describe Doheny, by any stretch of the imagination, as 'silky'.

"You see the respect that Inoue showed me the whole way up until round six, when he started to turn the heat up?"

Whatever gets you to sleep at night, champ.

Not sure you want to self-describe yourself as "silkiest" when you're fighting a man named Ball, TJ,

TJ will give Ball a real test. He may even win.

He’s getting on a bit but he has power, and Ball is pretty wreckless powering forward. TJ has a good chance to catch him.

I don’t think this goes past 6. Ball will spark TJD
