I find it funny how they absolutely refuse to acknowledge the fact that Goodman is a double mandatory, but instead trying to make it seem like he is a cherry pick by Inoue to dodge MJ. I really wanna know what their arguement will be at court...either they genuinely think WBA is next before IBF or just hoping to act like they are next and someone would believe them.

...Or, hoping that barking enough will make Inoue tired of bothering with their antics and just drop a belt to shut them up.

Seems like a bunch of posturing, really, in hopes that they can get a vacant belt fight. If they should be suing anyone, it should be that clown Goodman, who apparently doesn't even want the fight with Inoue at all, and delayed everyone else's title shots with his antics.

Exactly what he is doing. WBA can't strip him because they're not actually due yet in the mandatory rotation, and they don't want to miss out on those Inoue purse cuts either, especially for someone as inactive as Inoue. None of them have a leg to stand on. If this were serious, they'd have done it already, but, as I said when they ordered the MJ fight the first time, the WBA jumped the gun. Credit to Fulton and Tapales that there wasn't all this nonsense for their fights.

At this point, I'm expecting the fight with Goodman to be signed, only for him to get some unspecified "injury", probably relating to his hand he says he injured, and pull out. Then MJ will get his beatdown, probably for less money than he would have gotten if he'd kept his mouth shut and waited his turn.
