Check what I wrote. I didn’t post he is young and unproven now.

They were with TR. Bob was doing in house fights then. Remember, he made Haney sign with TR to get those fights.

How are they doing him a disservice when he just sold about 14k seats at the MGM against Frank Martin after the monster fight with Ryan?

A lot of the flack he gets from posters is because he is selling seats and is with PBC and was with Floyd. Put him on TR or match room, or change his last name to Davisvich or Davisiou, and a lot of these dudes have no issues.

this is great news, he has finally found his shrivelled nutsack, the hood in baltimore holds its breath, will the little ducker finally sign on the dotted line to face a top guy in his class, watch this space.....

edit: its just been reported that phase 1 has begun, but that its phase 1 of 25

Loma has a 10% chance of winning. His best bet is to beat Tank the first 4rds then collide heads and hope the fight has to go to the cards for an accidental cut.

Loma dint do shyt from rd 1 to 6. The commentators thought he was downloading information

Well, Tank did say Loma would be 40 eventually. Funny how Floyd insisted Tank was "too young" to fight Loma from the ages of 22 - 28, yet Floyd didn't think Canelo was too young when Alvarez was just 23 when they fought. Tank is on the Mayweather blue-print to fight big names on the way up or down and never at their best. Some legacy.

Even a 37 year old Loma has enough left to beat Tank. Davis' team better coach him to throw more than 22 punches per round like he did against Martin if he wants to beat Loma. All Loma has to do is worry about leaving it in the hands of corrupt/incompetent judges.

Yet you have an issue if prime Tank beats up old Loma.

Come on fellas. That is a bit hypocritical.

Frankly, there is no guarantee Tank wins.
So in 2017 Davis is a champion and has 22/23 fights under his belt. And how many pro fights does Loma have at that point - 11 fights! 2018-2024 - ducked and dodged and continued to fight b-level Comp. Cmon Bro - Davis “unproven”? Obviously protected and protecting that 0 no matter what! Davis can fight Leo Santa Cruz years ago..but not Loma back then! Was Teofimo “unproven “?? Had the balls to step up and fight Loma! Call it for what it is - Tank blatantly avoided Loma for years!

Dude, you can’t be taken seriously if you use the number of pro fights while leaving out Loma’s age and the 6 quasi pro fights he had.

Davis wasn’t on Loma’s level 5 years ago and any honest fan knows this.

B level comp? Undefeated Pedrazza way before Loma. Come on dude don’t do that. His resume could be better, no question.

You mean when Bob was doing all the in house LW fights so PBC made the in house Leo fight?

Teo was with TR. That is why he got that fight. As I keep reminding people- Haney wanted the fight as well but Bob wouldn’t consider it until he signed with TR.

I have said that he has. Just like Loma is avoiding Shakur now.

My issue is you being mad at Tank not making the fight when you know he had little chance to win, but criticizing him for making it when he has the best chance to win.

Bob did same for Loma with Walters and Rigo- made the fights when Loma had the best chance to win.

Your just validating my point - can fight undefeated Pedraza 6/7 years ago that you point out ..but such a supposedly “unproven “ CHAMPION according to you he can’t fight Loma?Teo had the balls to fight Loma in his 16th fight! Forget the “unproven “ bs you trying to sell and defend Davis blatantly ducking Loma! Loma called him out for years and there was nothing but crickets from Davis/pbc. Rigo/Walters were undefeated champs in their prime…for the most part considered 50/50 fights…Whats your point bringing them up?

You’re not being completely honest there. Bob was doing all in house fights at LW at that point. The only reason he’d make the Loma v Tank fight is because Tank was an easy mark, as you are aware.

Teo was with TR. He got the fight. He was a huge underdog. A lot of people called that a cherry pick gone wrong- I don’t agree FTR.

As I said, notice Shakur isn’t getting it despite him wanting it now. See the difference?

I didn’t defend anything. I said he easily could’ve fought him. Just stop the fake anger because he is going to do it when he has the best chance to win.

Of course he did. Tank is the big earner in the division. Tank and PBC went about their business building him into a big earner. They will both make more now if they fight next.

Rigo was moved up 2 weight classes. He wasn’t in his prime.

Walters and Loma were the best 126 lbers. At FW if was a 50/50 fight. Bob sat Walters for a year, gave Loma fight at 130 to get used to the weight, then made the fight at 130 to give Loma the best chance to win.

edit- alot of posters are not sure Tank can beat Loma now. So why is the fight so bad if that is the case?
